Advanced Wedding Photography Workshop Essex
I have been running a 2-day advanced wedding photography workshop for a great group of up and coming photographers. They had traveled from Wiltshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, and Essex to attend this professional wedding photography training course.
Day 1
AM: We looked at the wedding photography business. PM: All the entire afternoon spent at an Essex wedding venue with our bride and groom models. During the photography session, I introduce to the students to different ways to capture a wedding day. This includes understanding light, composition workflow, and communication all so that the couple will have amazing photographs for their wedding album
I had chosen Maidens Barn in High Easter, for the venue. On arrival, they had prepared the area where they undertake outdoor weddings. Maidens Barn is a beautifully restored barn which also has lovely gardens as well. The weather was absolutely glorious and emphasised why being a photographer is such a fantastic profession to be in.
Day 2
On day 2 of the wedding workshop, part of the morning is spent reviewing everyone’s images from the previous day and providing a critique so that they can improve their photography even further, to ensure that they stand out from other wedding photographers. We then move onto power marketing, developing a personal brand, shooting to sell as well as other specialist techniques to appeal to their ideal client.
The course is suitable for anyone just entering the arena of wedding photography but also for professional photographers who now want to move up to the next level in their photography.
